Coordinated Family Care will be holding its’ provider wrap around training on 5/2/08. Registration forms for this training have been sent to providers via mail. The training will be held at the Middlesex County Fire Academy located at 1001 Fire Academy Drive, Sayreville, NJ between 11:45am and 3:30pm.

This session fulfills the wrap around training obligation providers have in their agreements with CFC and all direct staff are encouraged to attend. CFC also encourages the presence of at least one member of management from each provider agency.
